We are excited to announce, after a year and a half, that we have our own reproduction of the beloved statue of San Felipe Neri located in the church!
Get your statue before we run out!
These beautiful statues of our patron saint are made by Liscano Inc., a family-owned company incorporated around 15 years ago in Miami, Florida. Their products are hand-crafted and painted by artists in Colombia using goldleaf. Liscano Inc. uses Italian techniques to finish the pieces.
Liscano has more than 300 different models of religious images, including the Holy Spirit, Divine Child, Mary, and many more! Many of their products can be purchased at our gift shop.
The Liscano family supports 13 families in Colombia, and we are very proud and grateful to be carrying their products in our store!
We always carry a wide variety of wall-hanging crosses, crucifixes, plaques, sterling silver saints medals, chimes, rosaries, Bibles, prayer books, children’s books, retablos, talavera items from Mexico, sacramental & wedding items, statues, local artisans' artwork, wood sculptures and much more!
We are happy to accomodate special requests and orders. Please call the Gift Shop for details 505-243-4628.
"Beautiful Church In Old Town" The grounds were well kept and facility was very nice, in adobe style. There was an impressive carving of the virgin Mary in a tree stump in one corner of the property. Their gift shop was excellent, with both religious and non-religious items at very reasonable prices, especially compared to the (tourist) shops in Old Town; it was a great place to purchase small gifts! -From Tripadvisor
"Best Gift Shop In Town" We love to visit historic churches while vacationing and this was a nice example of a mission church from the 18th century. Simple compared to many but beautiful. It may sound strange but what sets this church apart from the usual is the gift shop. Yes, the gift shop. It's filled with unique religious and secular items and some of the most beautiful Talavera pottery we saw on our trip. And, at more than fair prices. The staff's more than friendly and they make it the best gift shop in town. - From Tripadvisor
"Lovely historic Church in Old Town" The church is worth seeing and a cool place to get out of the summer heat. Next door is a fascinating little gift shop with lots of hand made items. -From Tripadvisor
"A Must See When in the Historic Old Town Area" We stopped at the San Felipe de Neri Church while walking around old town one afternoon. The inside of the church is beautiful and is a calming experience after dealing with the vendors in the square. This is a very old church but has been kept in beautiful condition. After dark, you can get some great pictures of the church as it is well lit. Be sure to stop by the gift shop, they have some unusual things for sale and the ladies working there are knowledgeable and very friendly. -From Tripadvisor
