San Felipe de Neri Parish offers a comprehensive and age appropriate Religious Education Program for students in Kinder through the 12th grade. Our Program includes sacramental preparation for both children and adults. Classes are offered in Spanish for grades K-5th.

Our program aims to provide the following: 

• Knowledge and reverence of the Sacred Scriptures as the revealed Word of God.
• Knowledge of the Sacred Tradition of the Church
• A faithful presentation of the teachings of the Church
• Practical application; to live the Gospel in the daily lives of the students
• Teach and experience prayer as a means of communication and union with God
• Knowledge of the Church’s religious vocabulary
• Tools to live the Gospel in the world by identifying the charitable needs in our community.
• Understanding of the value of the Human Person and the responsibility to live the moral life of a Christian, meanwhile respecting & protecting the dignity of every human person
• Knowledge of the Call to Holiness and provide the tools to grow in sanctity
• Enthusiasm for the Catholic Faith and provide a desire to grow in faith and action

 Catechism Registration
Our fall registration has begun!  We are inviting all children from first grade through high school confirmation to join us.  We are planning on having Sunday English language classes and Tuesday evening Spanish language classes available.  You can download for the registration forms at https://sanfelipedeneri.org/catechism or contact Walter Lujan at [email protected]. Religious Education Classes Begin
Religious Education classes will start with the English language classes on Sunday, September 11th at 9:00 am at SFdN School and the Spanish language classes will begin on Tuesday evening September 13th at 7:00 pm at Duranes.
